Advanced registration is required.
Individuals who wish to occupy a structure must register by the February postmark deadline of February
1, 2010. Accomodations in the structures will be on a first come first served basis. In the event that the structures
are filled a waiting list will be started for any others requesting structure accomodations.
Individuals who do
not wish to be assigned to a structure must register by the postmark deadline of February 15, 2010.
A registration fee of $5.00 per person is required
and will go to the Texas Pioneer Arts Foundation for the support of Henkel Square. All participants must pay the fee upon
arrival at Henkel Square. A separate registration form for each adult is required.

Participants must provide:
- Photos in period clothes of each registrant. If you participated
in previous years AND provided a photo, you do not need to resubmit a photo unless your impression has changed.
- A biography including information about your impression;
the family unit, if applicable; and an explanation as to why you are in Fayette County, Texas. If you participated in previous
years and your impression is not significantly changing, you do not have to resubmit a biography.
