Advanced registration is required. No walk-ons accepted. Accommodations
in the structures will be assigned based on impression and registration date. In the event that the structures are filled
a waiting list will be started for any others requesting structure accommodations.
Individuals who do not
wish to be assigned to a structure must register by the postmark deadline of October 17, 2013.
A registration
fee of $5.00 per person is required and will go to the Friends of Pioneer Farms for the support of the site. Registration
fees will be collected at the event. Please DO NOT SEND your registration fee before the event.
NOTE: Have
$5 per person available when you arrive at check-in. Check-in will be located in the mercantile by the entrance to the site.
Registration may be made by email to the event coordinator or by completing the electronic form on the "Registration Form" page.
Households and military companies may register together;
however, a photo and impression information must be submitted for each member. It is also understood that the primary registrant
verifies that all members of their household or company has read, understands and agrees to comply with the guidelines and
the primary registrant will be responsible for the conduct of their household or company.
ALL participants
must provide Individual photo(s) of each registrant in period clothes meeting the event guidelines and reflecting their impression(s).
Information about their impression(s) including the family unit, if applicable and an explanation as to why they are in Sprinkle.
Your impression options are Furloughed Soldier, Texas State Troops, Civilian, or a Deserter.
